The six cards illustrate key moments between Violetta, Alfredo and Germont, culminating in the opera’s tragic ending. Each chromolithograph is finely detailed and printed in vivid colours, showing 19th-century Parisian interiors and costumes, and includes the iconic Liebig jar.

This is the German edition with blue reverse text “Liebig’s Fleisch-Extract / OXO Bouillon der Compagnie Liebig.”
The set is in attractive collector condition: five cards VG+ to G (light corner wear) and one card with minor image damage.
The Sanguinetti catalogue value is €19, while the realistic market value is estimated at around €13–14, reflecting the slight wear.
